Dawn at the front desk was great when we checked in, making sure our rooms were right for us, we were traveling with pets and my mom and the rooms were great!

Rooms are being “updated” the bathroom had a new shower door but new paint job was sloppy and toilet tank had a top from a different toilet. Would not recommend this property.

Bathtub drains need to be cleaned out, the water in the tub will fill when adjusting the temperature without the drain plug in place

Love the comfy beds and the extended shower curtain rods are great for the extra room when showering. Drains are a little clogged so I don't think they are being cleaned out since the tub will start to fill when adjusting the water temperature with no plug in the drain hole

Only had one issue, when I first checked in and got to my room housekeeping wasn't quite finished making the bed which wasn't a big deal except that she took a lit cigarette in with her and burned the top sheet and it took several hours to get the smell out of the room, it was a NON-SMOKING room. Otherwise everything else was great. Beds are super comfy, when the sheets don't have cigarette burn holes. I alerted the manager right away but saw the same housekeeping staff member the next day smoking a cigarette while cleaning rooms.

With just a few updates and better cleaning of the bathtub drains this would have been a perfect place to stay. Also, not all of the rooms have the same locks. Rooms in the second building don't have the chain locks like the first building which I didn't like. All rooms should have the same locks. The housekeeping staff should not smoke while cleaning rooms, they try to balance the cigarette on the window ledge right next to the room door but since they leave the door open while they clean the smoke goes right in and the smell fills the room, these were the non-smoking rooms which shouldn't be smoking while they are cleaning any rooms.

I like the fact that you are one of the few places in town that allows pets. I wish you had more then 1 place to get drinks and ice. Long walks in the cooler days are not so conducive for handicapped visitors with breathing challenges. Maybe put an ice cube tray in the in room freezer.

Bath tub had mold, area around parking lot had trash all around. Pillows were small, cushioned size and too few only 3 small for a king bed. Young lady at the front desk was nice though.

The only problem with this stay was that the heat/air units are older. They are hard to regulate and we had a hard time finding a temp that was comfortable.

The bed in our room was slanted. When you lay down your feet are a lot higher than your head. I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed. The walls were damaged in the room with very poor patch job. I wouldn’t shower there either. Nasty bathroom with backsplash coming apart.

Stayed here a couple months ago was very satisfied so thought I would try it again the room had a bad oder I went and bought a candle to try to get rid of the smell. We were in a different building this time walls were so thin you could hear everything. No coffee in room ,pot everything but coffee.

One uniqueness was the French fry on our room floor. The next was the bathroom door was somewhat carved away to enable it to actually slide by the toilet and close. In addition at 6:10 the breakfast was not all ready. There was no decaf coffee or any juice available - and would not be available.
