"This hotel is absolutely worth recommending! The environment is excellent, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The design is simple yet comfortable, making it a very relaxing stay. The service was also outstanding – staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, whether it was during check-in or answering our questions. The location is very convenient as well, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to transportation. Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"

"一个很好的温泉旅馆，除了本馆还有附馆的温泉，晚间在休息厅供应饮料和酒，中间还会点一把火，相当温暖的感觉，酒店内部庭园很用心佈置维护，早晚餐都是自助的，提供烧烤小灶能自己开小灶，刺身寿司还带了4种啤酒各式梅酒，性价比相当高。。距离草千里中岳火山口都是一小时内的车程，给旅遊的过程提供了最佳的休息站。"

"我們是自駕，入口是很小條的路，招牌不是很明顯，勇敢開進去就是了。有少量停車位。從停車開始就可以感受到接待人員的熱情，幫忙停車、搬運行李。入住時還發給小朋友小玩具，大廳古色古香，一進去就聞到令人放鬆的香味。晚餐時會協助鋪床，還會送上一壺冰水，方便在泡澡後使用。晚餐是懷石料理，有依照我們的飲食習慣，不吃生食、不吃牛肉的予以客製化，十分感謝。除了公共浴池，還有二間家庭湯屋，可以從房間播電話預約，服務人員可以說英語。check out時才結帳，並交還車鑰匙，比較特別。不僅是大人餐食，兒童的餐食也是非常豐富，早餐有牛奶、咖啡、蘋果汁可以續加。菜單上可以看到手寫的訊息，真的很細心。"
