    5/5 Excellent

Beautiful property. Welcoming and helpful staff (in particular, Shari). Had dinner at the restaurant, great food and great atmosphere. Enjoyed the campfire after dinner. Stayed in one of the newer cabins. It was clean and cozy! Wasn’t able to pick up the WiFi

Management is completely incompetent. Our cabin had no heat so they transferred us to another cabin with no heat. As a make good they gave us a coupon to a coffee shop that was closed down for the season. Every time I went to the front desk for something we heard other people complaining about these issues and worse. Avoid.

Beautiful ranch (but you might be in the RV park!)

The ranch is in a beautiful, scenic location several miles outside of the east entrance to Zion National Park. It took us about an hour longer to get there from Las Vegas airport than anticipated (a gorgeous, but long and slow drive through the park to get to east entrance) --- that with the time change meant we arrived at almost dark. This was only a problem because it turned out they said our cabin was 3 miles back down the road, the way we'd come. It was not what we expected (or what our booking confirmation said we had reserved). The cabin was in a small cluster of newly built, clean but very basic cabins in the RV park/campground, that belongs to the ranch family-- some with a view, some not (only bushes). We had expected, and paid for, a cabin with separate sitting area, fireplace, wifi, hairdryer, coffee maker --and I assumed small frig. When we checked in we were told the our cabin had none of those things, because it was "new". This despite my having booked several months in advance, and calling the ranch to confirm prior to arrival. This was disappointing. For convenience's sake (eating our breakfasts and dinners at the restaurant),as well as the amenities and setting, we wanted to be on the main property, but they couldn't accomodate us because we had booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com). That being said, the basic cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable. We did enjoy the restaurant very much-- the meals were all delicious, and the service warm and friendly.
