“I was the king handicapped accessible room. Everything was perfect. The toilet was ADA height (I always travel with a toilet seat riser because some handicapped rooms do not have an ADA toilet). They even had a bath bench if anyone should need it. I definitely will stay here again. ”

At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.”

“The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.”
