Very clean. Room was nice, with good amenities. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was wonderful.

Staff was helpful and inviting. Room was clean, spacious and beds were awesome. Breakfast and indoor pool were a treat.

Liked the hotel

We rented in Mt Juliet because Lebanon was full. It was great very close to shopping and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My wife booked wrong date after 14 hr travel no re

Wife booked wrong day. We travled 14 hours and we where told no rooms where available and no refund of some kind. I felt bad for our three kids.

Jason, I'm sorry there was a mix-up with your reservation. The day you arrived we were sold out. Your wife received a confirmation from Expedia with the date she booked. Unfortunately we did not know there was a mistake made, and we held the room for you.

Comfortable beds.

Pros: Rooms were nice! Indoor pool allowed my grandkids to get in the water before it was warm enough out side to do that.
Cons: Housekeeping should check things a little better. We found a wig behind the couch. I'm sure someone wishes they had it.
Location: close by several resturants. The street the hotel was on was very easy to miss. We missed it three times!
Beds were comfortable and room was nice size for children. AC wasn't working properly but did not complain about that. Toilet overflowed and maintainence fixed that pronto. All our request were granted quickly and with a smile.

Very nice and roomy!

I would recommend this hotel. It was very nice! The next night of our trip we stayed in another Comfort Suites and it was just as nice!
