Hotel staff was great. Everything went wonderfully

We had a great night here. The only negative was that the wifi was very slow.

Convenient

Had a reservation. Was able to pay an extra night as we got into town early. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good for the most part. Should have waffle makers instead of broken pancake machine. The eggs had some nasty stuff in them. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Very clean and fresh smelling in the entire hotel.

Pros: Clean and fresh.
Cons: The bedding was a bit shabby.
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants, movies.
Nice place for a girlfriend weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much. P.S. The shower was awesome!

Nice Clean hotel and rooms are spacious. Walls are pretty thin though. Could hear person in next room quite clearly.

The Indoor HEATED pool was NOT HEATED at all!!!!!!!

Uncomfortable beds/Great shower!!

Beds were very hard, because they had no box springs. Beds were very uncomfortable. Shower was great. We wish we had 1 like that at home. Mentioned our concerns & likes to the gentleman at the desk & he expressed his condolences about the hard beds.

We come through mt. Juliet twice a year and just can't seem to find a reasonably priced hotel. Well, we finally did it. This is where we will stay from now on!
