Nice little get away

Very clean room and facilities, well mannered staff and with millers ale house right next door you can't go wrong.

Great hotel but little details

Hotel was overall good but bathroom leaks and AC settings didn't work properly. Headboard had scratches on them.

We appreciate your comments about your stay. The HVAC units in our lofts auto-adjust to the settings on the thermostat. When the room reaches the desired temperature, the unit will shut off and will kick on when the room temperature drops again. Thank you for letting us know about the issues you experienced with the AC unit and the headboard in your loft-inspired guestroom. The room smell

I only stayed overnight but the room reeked of marjiuana!!!! It was a pretty chilly night and every time I turned on the heat it made the smell worse. The room is pretty, modern and comfortable, if it wasn't for the overpowering smell this hotel would have gotten a excellent rating from me.

DJ Hell

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly but we were unaware that a DJ plays in the lobby on Friday and Saturday until 1AM!! We were on the third floor and could hear the music like it was next door! There were children running up and down the hallways till late in the evening. Bed was a platform bed and hard as a rock. If your looking for comfort and quiet this is not the place!!!!

Location: cherry hill mall.
enjoyed my one night stay with my 2 kids. My kid loved the pool. i liked the modern style of the hotel included in all its amenities

Just ok

Meh. This place was loud at night and full of groups in the lobby and the courtyard. I don't know if they were there for a private function or spillover from the bar. The room was ok. The sliding bathroom door was very difficult to close because it is so heavy, considering that I am very strong. I would imagine others might not be able to manage it at all. Room was ok, nothing special. We have stayed at another hotel nearby on other occasions but wanted to give this a try. We will return to the other property next time.

Clean and contemporary

It was a nice experience, however I was surprised with an extra $50 hold in addition to my regular fee. I understand the purpose, however, if I'd known at the time if booking, I wouldn't have withdrawn my remaining balance and had at least $50 left on my card to be debited. If my first hadn't had a devout card with over $50 we would have been denied our reservation.

Thank you for being understanding about the $50 hold for incidentals. We are very sorry that our front desk agent did not explain the $50 hold before checking you in. As with other hotels, this is an authorization fee that is released within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this policy may have caused. For future reference, the best way to learn about all hotel policies prior to booking is to call the hotel directly.
