Considering the hotel is the last in a long line of better quality and experienced names, they should be the best at their price point. My room smelled of smoke and the perfumed cleaner to cover it; the heater didn't work; the bathroom sink and bathtub has hair that was not mine in it and it looked like it was a week since it was cleaned; there were cobwebs in the closet; holes in the wall; and the window screen was broken. Pride in their hospitality is seriously lacking.

The bed was amazing, showers was amazing, the only downfall is the wear some burn holes in the carpet and a few of the male staff wasn’t greatest and the cabinets and walls need a thorough wipe down

I experienced some maintenance issues with the door, not locking in the first room. I was transferred to another room and experience the toilet handle a little loose other than that it was a fair experience.

I was on the first floor. This same group of people were talking as loud as they could outside my room. One of the cabinet doors was falling off as well as one of the handles on the drawer. The plates and glasses that were available in the room were scratched and dirty. I only stayed at this hotel because of the location of the event I was going to.

Not happy with the dog poop outside. I did not notice I smushed a big chunk until I got inside. House keeping has a problem with handing out 3 towels for a one bedroom suite with 3 people!!!!

Overall not bad but definitely needs improvement in the house keeping communication! I should not have to get an interpreter just for toilet paper and sheets. It’s always an argument when I ask for extra linen! I did pay for 3 people!!!!! I also noticed very bad plumbing in every unit I have been in. Maintenance is horrible! I discovered a new disposal that was installed but failed to remove the drain plug!

The furniture was in poor shape, the lighting was miserable, electric outlets didn't work, 1 of 2 lamps in the room didn't work and the other had about a 12 watt bulb. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Room smelled like trash due to there was food in the garbage from previous people that stood in that room Then when I called front desk she simply told me to throw it away myself, there was no hot water they didn’t bother to call and say they are fixing the issue they never fixed the issue of no hot water next morning still no hot water they acted like they did not care couldn’t shower with warm water meanwhile is winter ! Sheets had stains just over all horrible hotel

Upon arrival to this hotel, the front desk cab me wait 10 minutes while they chatted with one another, and completely ignored my check-in. The room smelled completely horrible and the lights were flickering in the bathroom. There was trash sitting in the hallway for the entire three days. I was staying there and started to smell very bad. The garbage was not changed once in my room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

First, the staff was very nice and the property is very convenient to where we were visiting. Pricing was reasonable and they accommodate pets if you have them. Now I will say do not expect anything exciting. It is a basic room..no frills. The furniture is definitely beat up and our tv did not work. If you are looking for an inexpensive basic room to sleep and keep your stuff it works fine, but if you are looking for anything more modern and with lots of amenities this will be a disappointment.
