Located close to Philly airport

Close to my relatives in Cherry Hill. Easy to get to but getting a cab requires notifying the concierge, not that this is a problem

Pros: El restaurante estuvo muy bueno, el lobby estuvo limpio y el staff muy servicial
Cons: la estetica del hotel se ve vieja
When we arrived Wednesday night, the staff was very nice, and the room looked very nice. the shower handle was very difficult to figure it out. The wall paper in the bathroom was falling out. Other than that nothing more to report.

Good and bad

We stayed over the thanksgiving day holiday. No one was availble on thanksgiving day to clean the rooms or replace light bulbs that were out. We recwived a noticed saying housekeeping was only working til 2. We left our room at 11 we received a bag with one towel and face cloth along with a fresh bottle of shampoo but that was it no cleaning. On the upside the bed was comfortable and it was by far the best buffet breakfast we have ever had.

The room certainly needed updating.

Our tv and toilet were broken and although were repaired quickly it was an inconvenience. Paint was peeling from ceiling in bathroom and the carpet was torn.

A reasonably priced hotel to stay.

Pros: Staff was good and very helpful.
Cons: Needs an upgrade. New paint, carpeting, etc.
Location: I was there on family business but there is shopping nearby, the AC casinos are about an hour away and Philadelphia is just over the bridge.
This is an older style hotel, I'm guessing 40 years old at least, that although clean could use an upgrade. It's not a bad place to stay, with it's in-house bar and restaurant, but in five years or so it'll start to look shabby. That said it was everything I needed for my trip to Cherry Hill. Food was good, along with the bar. Room was clean but needed upgrading as I said. Especially the tub which was corroding a bit and should be replaced wth a walk-in shower. Who take baths in hotels anymore??!

Very nice hotel in a nice area.

Pros: The food was good and the staff were very nice.
Cons: The heat and air fan was a bit loud
I was visiting from out west for a High School reunion. The hotel was in a great location. Close to Collingswood for a small hometown feel or a larger area of Cherry Hill. It is near many stores and restaurants as its on Rt. 70. The breakfast was included in my stay and I thought it was very good. Lots of choices in the buffet and the waiters were very attentive and friendly. My room was on the 14th floor and I had a nice view even though I did not have a river view room. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Pros: Clean, very roomy, nice lobby and the price is right.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Philly is ten minutes away.
All amenities were good enough for a weekend trip.

Close to Philly great location

Pros: The room
Cons: hire honest staff
Location: Its near Philly what more do you need to know?
Would have given the hotel 5 stars, but I left my tablet in the room. I checked out and realised later that day, when I arrived at me next hotel. Rang the hotel several times and left messages. However when I did finally get someone on the phone my tablet was not handed in by house keeping. No surprise really but I expect more from a brand like Crowne Plaza to hire honest staff.

Hotel is acceptable. Needs a remodel, but fine.

Pros: Location. Convenient to Philadelphia International Airport, South Jersey, and Center City Philadelphia. Staff was no hassle.
Cons: Needs a remodel
Location: Cherry Hill Mall within 3 miles, dining on Route 70, Center City Philadelphia within 15 minutes, Philadelphia International Airport within 15 minutes.
Elevator and ice machines a little loud. Try not to have a room next to either. Room was reasonably clean for an older property. Place could use a remodel, but still fine for what it is.
