Clean but needs refreshing
My room was on a corner right by the road. Loud location but cant really change that. The room was clean and I only stayed one night. The hotel does need a refresher but it all right for a quick one night stay.

The lady at the front desk doesnt make you feel comfortable at all. Not the younger one but the older one. I had a two week stay and the last weekend there wa terrible she told houskeeping not to come to my room. So i had piles of trash. And needed more toilet paper and towels and wash cloths. When i asked for them they tell me oh housekeeping has left for the day. Ill have to wait until the next day . i had things to do and i wouldnt get back to the room until after 3. You would think that they would leave a message for housekeeping but no. Smh i wouldnt refer anyone there.

The ad on Expedia said this place had a "full breakfast" when it had the most minimal "breakfast" I've seen, just doughnuts, bread, OJ, and coffee. I told the owners, and they said it would be fixed. Also, problematic -- the heater roared all night, and still we were cold, and the food we put in their refrigerator froze over night. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the location simple to find.

Overall its fine for a quick stop to lay your head down. It was nice that the room had a microwave and fridge. However I wish that it had a nighdtand on both sides of the bed which was a.minor inconvenience. Outside ccould use alittle freshing up but the hotel room itself was clean. Beware you will hear the outside noise (traffic) from your room.

The room was nice and clean with everything that I needed. The only drawback was the road noise. Probably because of the way the building was situated with an adjacent hotel building also sharing an entrance, there was no place for trees or landscape to absorb the traffic sounds that started bright and early even on the weekend.

My stay was horrible you had to pay for every little thing extra blanket was 20$ never got my deposit back key card kept stop working and when u say something you had to show identification every time when it’s on file management was horrific. Then they kept watching my room for how many people were there. When we had visitors they wanna know who they were and if they’re staying and we were there for a funeral

Clean and convenient for one night
We visited Temple University. This was about 15-20 minutes away and less expensive than staying in Philadelphia. The room was clean and located right off the highway. Friendly and good service.

Clean. Philadelphia right on the border. Wendy’s and Dunkin Dounts across the street and a diner down the road. It a perfectly clean and acceptable hotel. Reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again

Excellent staff. I liked that they had servalence cameras on the parking lot. A 24 hour Dunkin Donuts across the street. We only needed a place to sleep that allowed smoking in the rooms, and I would recommend the Econo Lodge to others in the future. Thank you for the nice stay!

Owner is awful
They don't like service pets didn't give me back my deposit because they claimed they didn't know i had a service 5 pound 7 yrs old poodle. Yet i had checked in and out a few times that month the owner was ryde and thew me out said i could never come back..and it was snow and im from Florida..They called the cops on me .they said he didn't have to give me back my deposit even though there was no damage.i never felt so humiliated.

Nooone was at counter waited 15 minutes. Then they didn’t have queen size that I originally requested. They said it was a queen but it was not. The bed was really small. Breakfast was stale as well.

The place smelled, it was smaller than advertised, and it was in an area that was not safe. I ended up leaving for another hotel that was much nicer.
