Bugs all over the place

There were bugs under the sink and stains all over the bedings .. booked for 4 nights .. checked out after first night .. horrible experience

First & Last!

As we walked into the receptionist area to check in, we were greeted by a woman who was just blah, didn't really have a welcoming attitude and really didn't show much positive greetings towards us. As we got up to our room. The room really was not what I expected for the price we paid. The kitchen was dirty and the bathroom was dirty as well. The bed, stated it was a "queen" size bed and it was more like a "full" size bed. The bed was super firm and the bedding felt old. My first impression wasn't so great.

Pros: morning clerk grab and go breakfast was ok
Cons: upgrade facilities
Location: a little too far from Philly
bed creaky facilities seem worn out clerk not at desk at 10:30 when needed change for machine morning clerk was much nicer

hotel was fine except paint on bathroom ceiling in shower was bubbled up

I've stayed here twice, the two stays were one year apart. In one year the quality dropped so much so that I probably won't be coming back.

Asked for supplies for the kitchen and was told that I could get some of the supplies but not all that I expected and wanted and that I would have to come to the front desk and they would hand me the stuff for me to carry to my room and be expected to bring them back before check-out. No container was offered. On the reservation I booked a room with a queen size bed. It did not occur to me until I was going to bed that the bed was a full sized bed not a queen. I was pleased with the first floor location near an exit. The toilet needed to be plunged repeatedly.

Negatives: Jazmine checked us in upon arrival. She stayed on the computer handling other business instead of prioritizing our checkin. She, also, had the personality of a wet mop. The fire alarm went off one night of our stay and didn't get turned off for, about, 10-15 mins. No courtesy provided for the disturbance. Positives: Hotel was clean, room was in good order, alot of the front desk staff was friendly and prompt if we had to ask for something. Continental breakfast was left out passed their 9:30 cut off (yay). Parking was abundant and there were entrances all around the building. I'd give this a 2.5 out of 5 stars. Not TERRIBLE but not somewhere to go FOR vacay. Good if you're company is paying for a business trip, though. Also, definitely need a car here as nothing is accessible via public transportation OR on foot because the hotel is right off highway 70.
