The bedspread was horribly dirty the carpet was stained everything looked old and worn

Never Again!!!

Pros: location
Cons: the hotel layout, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel guests need to be screened better, etc...
When I checked into the hotel I noticed a certain funk in the air. a scent that would lend itself to something other than cleanliness. In fact, it was more towards the realm of disgusting and unwelcomed. I felt as though the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly for weeks and the other hotel guests were less than considerate with what they did with their hotel room doors wide open... I will Never Again stay in this hotel. No matter how cheap the price. Expedia should really look into who they do business with on their website. Thanks, Never Again...

Business stay

Pros: Affordable.
Cons: Room decor.
Room was a little outdated and continental breakfast was disappointing. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was really dirty. House keeping cleans only once a week! I've never heard of that before!!

There are many, many hotels available in this area. I would not select this one. It's dirty, musty and missing the usual amenities most hotels offer.

Clean but no frills

Pros: It was clean, convenient to local eateries, and available.
Cons: Maybe supply at least 1 washcloth in the bathroom, would have been nice. The other amenities can be sacrificed to keep prices low.
Location: Not far from Philly, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and the NJ Turnpike.
This was a last minute booking, and we were looking to spend as little as possible. Extended Stay America is about the best you can get on a tight budget. Sure, there are really no amenities to speak of, but it's clean, convenient, and roomy. At a higher price point, I would have expected a larger TV, more pillows, fluffier towels, a hair dryer. Most of these things come standard in just about every large hotel chain, but for the price you can really forego all of the above. The room was clean, with more space than you would expect. The hotel lobby and hallways were clean, and the staff were very nice.

Extremely disappointing

Pros: nothing
Everything from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out was terrible. At the time of check-in, we were told that they never received our reservation. They claim that Expedia never transferred the information to them. During our stay, claimed. The guests have to pick up the amenities (coffee maker, silverware, hair dryer, etc.) from the front desk and carry it with us to our room instead of it being already available at the rooms or delivered by hotel staff.

We proudly offer amenities such as pots and pans, hair dryers, coffee pots, toasters, silverware, cups, glasses and plates, that we have readily available in kits at the front desk 24 hours a day.
