There are two Extended Stays within a block of each other and I stayed at both locations. I prefer this location over the other one. The personnel here are so nice and friendly.

Its perfect if you just need some shut eye. The free breakfast is really just oatmeal and granola bars and coffee. The staff was nice but the rooms definitely need some work in them. Paint is chipping, furniture needs to be updated' exercise room consists of 3 for those who need it.machines but onsite laundry was a plus.

I enjoyed my customer service all in all very welcoming I wouldn’t mind staying again. However I felt like I was in the wrong room. 1st I booked a double bed but it was only one bed and a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable but okay I was tired and wanted to relax so I wasn’t gone fuss about it. 2nd I had my two puppies with me their first time staying away from home and in a hotel at that. They both were scared of the noise doors slamming all though the night they kept me up barking. I realize that we were right next to the back door and that could possibly be the reason they were barking. Lesson learned. So I had a wedding to attend and my puppies were locked up in their cage I got a call from the hotel stating that my puppies are barking?? It’s really nothing that I could have done to prevent them from barking as they were barking everytime the doors were shut an I was in the room as well I explained that to the lady she was very nice. I know for next time I would have to be in a room that get less movement by the door. Overall it was a good experience and I’ll definitely would be back to this location the hotel smelled good my room floor was sticky but everything else was cleaned!

Staff was great, I would suggest that there be an unsweetened creamer for the morning coffee. Room needs upgrading and most if all the beds were not comfortable at all.

I did a reservation with two beds and the room only had one bed. The room and hallways smelled like cigarettes/mariguana and it looked very dirty. The room was dirty Bathroom was nasty The curtains were dirty No proper lighting in the public areas. Nothing of what was advertised on the website was in the room. The parking lot had abandoned cars. The property had guest/homeless people by their cars. Guest bring in things through the windows of the first floor. This location feels very unsafe.

I made reservations for a one night stay for my family. I called that I was going to be late for check in but when we got there the room wasn’t ready. We had to leave and come back later because even though, we were an hour late, the room was been clean when we got there. As we were getting ready for bed, my seven year old notice a roach on the wall. And after going to bed, we had a hard time falling asleep because the people from the room upstairs were running a marathon. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t stay there again!

Look past the bad reviews.Great,CLEAN,Quiet place.
Was just looking for a quiet place to rest after a longday of testing@ Cooper Hospital which is a few hrs away frm me.This place was very nice,clean & the lady at the desk for check in (&out) Linda was so nice.She went above and beyond to help me(more than she realized). I will definitely be back when i have more hospital testing, procedures or visiting my Brother up there. I admit i was hesitant to try this place with the reviews but, i am so glad i decided to just rest my head somewhere...found a hidden little gem. If you dont need all the bells and whistles (even though, they do have them and ask if you do need them)...this is a great place. Thank you again Linda :) .

Electrical problem
The refrigerator didn't work and made noises all night and the microwave was flickering. The lamps were working before i went to sleep but had no power when i work up except on 1/2 of the room. I used a free stay to be given a dysfunctional room was not a good deal, i wanted to book an extra night but decided to go home.

I purposely chose this property because it was advertised that they included breakfast. I was expecting a full breakfast with warm items. It was just a grab and go. The lady at the front desk said it was because of Covid. We are passed Covid. Don’t advertise a full breakfast then at check in say it’s just grab and go. It was seriously just granola bars, stale muffins and coffee.
