Room was pretty basic, but clean. Unfortunately, mattress had a substantial size area where the springs were shot and husband kept migrating to that area when sleeping. Blind was not functioning properly, as chain was out, so would not go all the way down. Wake up was nice and bright! Shower rod was almost all the way unscrewed. Did report all of the above when we checked out. Figured that if no one was letting them know, it wouldn’t get fixed. Reception lady was appreciative and very nice.

Dear Guest,She was not slow but she was helping someone who had a four reservations. If someone has a four reservations then it will take time to check in. You paid through Expedia but still you want to buy a stuff from sundry and wants to add in your room but she politely told you that we can not add in your room because you paid through Expedia and we are not authorized to use their credit card . But, you got very nasty with her while she was doing her job . Hope you can find a hotel that serves your needs.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in as far as the state of the room and cleanliness. It reminded me of a landlord special rather than the photos online. I’ve never stayed at a Comfort Inn, so I didn’t know better, but I won’t be returning. For one, the original mini fridge was out of the cabinet insert and a larger replacement sat against a far wall awkwardly, leaving exposed wood and glue where the original was supposed to be. The outlet covered were also half smeared with paint, as if the room was painted without even taking the covers off. Again, landlord special. That doesn’t include the gross shower curtain, cracked bathroom tile, and incredibly-slow-to-drain sink. The room was also poorly cleaned, with all end tables and the vanity having crumbs on them at arrival. The bed’s front panel was also covered in dust, and the air filters in the AC unit were incredibly dirty. I stayed two nights and experienced terrible sinus headaches both nights when I returned to the room. I couldn’t figure out what was causing it until I checked the AC. If you’re allergic to dust (as I am) this will leave you downright miserable. The lobby, while visually clean, had a lingering stench of weed seeping in from outside and this strange musty smell that seemed to permeate the building. It was too warm and basically stuffy as well which didn’t help matters. Overall, this place is nothing like the photos representing it. Go elsewhere. The front desk clerk was a delight, however.

I don’t even like giving bad reviews but this hotel definite need one. It is by far the worst hotel I have booked in my life… unfamiliar with the area I ended up in a hotel full of crack heads, addict.. and the dirtiest room u can imagine (semi nal fluid in the couch..) Such facilities can not be called a hotel

I was chastised by the person manning the breakfast area for dumping cranberry juice into a tray that normally is set up for excessive liquids. There was no orange juice when she finally came out with the orange juice. I dumped the cranberry and was yelled at she did not speak English. Not what you expect
As a business that takes a lot of business trips we normally prefer the Comfort Inn as our first choice, however this one was nothing as we expected. This place seems to not care about the property and I am sure that it is due to the location. I feel that this property should have customers here sign a waiver when they stay stating that if they get kicked out for loud noise after after hours that there is no refunds. These customers were terrible and nothing was done about it. It was apparent that the property did not care about the image and how the property was not cared for.

Comfort inn stay
My stay at the comfort in was good. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. However the bathroom needed some TLC. The faucet was loose on the tub and there was some rust around the fixtures. I attribute it to being older and in need of upgrading. It didn’t dampen my mood. Overall it was good and I I would stay there again.

There were areas that were not clean and the toilet seat in my room was not secured properly. The Staff was GREAT!!!! the breakfast was good but there were no non-pork items..

Although the room needed updating it was spacious and clean. It had everything you needed to have. Breakfast was quite decent. Staff we met were friendly. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from room above us. Like people moving rolling things around and dropping things even at 4AM.

If your taking kids this is a great spot to take your kids I stood at days inn and it was way to many hangouts so my kids were scared I came here to comfort inn and my kids loved it and they felt so safe they even ate breakfast without me it was a blessing for us to stay somewhere and feel safe comfort inn will be my number 1 spot to stay at
