Check in person was nice and cheerful,rest of stay terrible. Room dusty,dirty,run down, refrigerator front rusted out,prints all over microwave,mirrors ect. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Did not want to touch anything,very rundown,over worn and falling off the walls. Then looking forward to breakfast and only thing they had was bagels. Would never stay at this chain again, use to be our go to.

The attendant was nice but the rooms was horrible. I had to switch three rooms before I checked out and canceled the reservation. The tub was peeling if you lift up the bath mat it was slimy and peeling paint. The bed had stains on it the floors was dirty. This was in every room that they switched me too.

Very very dirty. Run away from this place! I was very disappointed and the stuff doesn’t help. They don’t care of any of your needs as a customer. Tubs clogged, exhaustion fan not working, dirty sheets, not to mention the dirtiness all around it….. nasty….. looks like there are people living in the second floor of the building. Looks like it was never clean. We had to ask to change rooms and the other room they gave us was not good either. We asked for our money back and they wouldn’t give it back.

We booked a king room, and upon arrival were given a room with two beds. There were stains all over the beds, and a black substance all over the floors. We left immediately and didn’t even stay the night. Horrible experience.

I was in a room with an adjoining door and the couple next to us decided to scream, yell, throw things against the wall, slam the door and do this all night and have a baby screaming all night. The front desk had to come up and tell them to stop and the door was slammed on him. Me and my two kids got no sleep that night. Overall, it’s a very nice stay except this one night.

Its winter time...they gave us "summer time sheets" in winter! Was NOT clean at all. And when they did finally give us a blanket...it had dried blood on it..and when my boyfriend went to ask for another one...they said they all had rips in them. And they gave us two sheets!! Pretty pathetic. I did take pictures. Its the middle of winter still... and they think im bringing my own blanket....we left that same night! It was HORRIBLE !

The microwave didnt work, but the girl at the front desk let me use the microwave in the breakfast area. We spilled water on the floor by the bed. When i cleaned it up the paper towel waa black from dirt.

The young lady that checked us in was Amazing!!! But the bathrooms were not so nice. Had to get bleach and clean up before myself and my family were able to get comfortable. Also it was a lot of noisy children having a party and a woman wondering around and knocking on the wrong doors.

Very good experience with my family. Staff was so awesome. Specially, the lady in the pink jacket. She was so sweet and nice. Anything we needed the housekeeping lady from Trinidad or I think she’s from Jamaica. Very nice lady anything I needed she was right there I will refer to friends and family, awesome stay I love the waffles, orange juice and honey buns cereal with milk. It was good breakfast. Thank you again staff.
