Cons: morning breakfast
Location: was here to visit my son.
everyone was so helpful. hotel was very clean so were the rooms, the breakfast was missing a lot of things, no peanut butter, no bananas, no small bowls the last day,.

breakfast is supposed to be between 6 and 10.. I arrived at 6 and was told wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the gravy came out and I was told the oven did not work and had to be reset and I would have to wait another 15 minutes.. How can it be you have a cook who could very easily smell if something was cooking or at least check on her own performance.. I mentioned to the girl at the desk I should be refunded $10 for the missing breakfast , she said I should talk to expedia.. Again, it is the people that make a great hotel and people satisfaction.. Here this hotel TOTALLY FAILED !

We chose this hotel primarily for its location, and that Hampton Inn's have been reliable and welcoming places to stay every time I've used one for business travel. This one was no exception. Staff were welcoming when we arrived, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed. It's worth noting that the hotel is located in a cluster of hotels and restaurants, so there were at least two walkable food options. After a long drive that was very welcome, as was the fact that it was very close to the NJ Turnpike, and not at all confusing to find. The hot breakfast was good, with the usual options - a waffle maker, hot cereal, eggs and bacon/sausage. The staff also suggested we grab one of their to-go breakfast bags (water, cereal bar, apple and muffin) for later. Overall the impression was of staff that was thoughtful and liked to take care of their customers.

I don't think they put the heat on in public areas. It was freezing once we exited elevator. Our bathroom was covered in mold and the shower head was broken. The breakfast was disgusting!
