Pros: Staff.
Cons: Update description of rooms.
Not a bad place. The room I booked said it had a deep soaking bath tub but when I checked the tub was just your standard hotel bath tub. I've stayed at the Candlewood suites next door and felt it was a nicer hotel it's also like $60.00 cheaper a night. I'll probably stay there next time.

Convenient hotel off the New Jersey turnpike

Pros: Convenient to highway; nice breakfast included
Cons: Nothing--served the purpose
My son and I had a long trip on the New Jersey Turnpike and needed a comfortable place to stay to break up the journey. The Holiday Inn Express in Mt. Laurel was very convenient--just minutes from the highway. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast was quite good. I would recommend and stay there again.

holiday express needs help in customer service

I was there for business had to extend my stay by one day and did that turn into a nightmare. The day clerk was extremely rude,condescending and just plain annoying. Very argumentative with me regarding my stay saying it was hotels.com. Basically wasted 45 minutes of my time,I had to leave to go to meeting hoping that it would be resolved. Btw i had a confirmation code. When I returned that evening my room had not been made up. It unfortunately turned my stay to unsatisfactory. I did make a complaint to Mr Irving, the night man he was apologetic for my experience. There was no reason to be treated as I was or to have my time wasted. Very unhappy
