Ok for the price

The bathroom had tiles that would come up every time I stepped on them. Also around the edge of the tub had little black specs, looked like mold. The heater in the room wouldn't stay on, it kept going off and I was cold most of the night. The juice at breakfast was too sugary, I couldn't drink it. But for $60 I guess it was ok.

a mess from the start

We arrived at 1am and were waiting to check in for almost an hour because there was a couple in front of us trying to get a refund: a fight happened outside of their room and freaked out them and their 1 year old. The manager was on the phone with the single associate at the desk and the associate was begging him to come into work because he didn't know how to handle this and more people kept coming in to check in and were waiting and the manager refused. The single associate that was there was in sweats and had his girlfriend on the couch talking to him in between sentences with the customer. It was so unprofessional and honestly a trashy experience.

Pros: Exercise room....
Cons: TV choices...
Location: Shopping...
TV choices are abysmal. There is no microwave in the room. In room 203 there was a mouse and I have pictures of that. Mouse bait is still seen behind the cupboards.

Horrible experience

Arrived late was told I could still stay for the night by morning staff. Manager said no you have to leave at checkout. Only there 4 hours and put out after I was told I could stay my full day I paid for. I should be refunded my money.

Pros: Room was very nice.
Cons: The bathroom looked a little old and could be updated.
The hotel was a good location for the people we wanted to visit.

Location: The hotel was located in an area where there were things to do, but you had to drive a bit to get to them
Disappointing! The hotel was musty and uncomfortable.

Run down motel and smelled of smoke

I reserved the room online and was never asked if we wanted smoking or nonsmoking. When we arrived we were told that the only room available was smoking and we are non smokers. The room stunk of cigarettes. The room was so outdated and in very poor repair. The toilet and sink were stained and had cigarette burns all over it. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and couldn't wait to leave. The only fair thing about it was the breakfast was okay.

Walked in to an occupied room!

We were sent to a room and when we walked in there was a man sitting on the bed watching tv. The girl at the front desk said this has been happening a lot because people are getting moved from a different room but no one is telling the front desk. The room had cobwebs and was clearly not cleaned well. We only stayed one night and would not go back again.

Just another average hotel

We spent just one night in the summer on our way to visit philly. It was an okay experience. The complimentary breakfast was very limited - only cold items. The bread was over by the time we went for breakfast at 8:30. And there was no cream cheese for the bagels too! The bathtub was old but otherwise sufficiently clean. It is really close to the New Jersey turnpike exit so maybe the prices are for the location. Also, the walls were thin as well as the ceiling - we could hear somebody waking upstairs so clearly. Overall, I would say 'average' best describes the place.
