Hotel close to destination

Guests smoking on non smoking floors and when reported to staff nothing was done. Pillows without pillowcases. Cold breakfast.

Good low cost hotel.

Everything was satisfactory except the breakfast. They put out very little and were always out of fruit and yogurt.

Pros: easy check in
Cons: no major issues
Location: heavy traffic, close access to major roads, plenty of restaurants

Pros: The staff was very friendly The amenities were nice
We arrived to check in late, but the woman at reception buzzed us into the hotel almost immediately and was very kind and welcoming. The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable... The bathrooms are a little outdated but the water pressure was AMAZING. They have a complimentary breakfast that isn't outstanding but it is better than most. Great coffee and nice selection of juice, yogurt, pastries and FRESH WAFFLES!!! Honestly, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Pros: Location the staff the breakfast overall cleanest of the hotel.
Location: Water park 3 miles away lot of places to eat great location
Hotel staff was great! love my room. linen and bathroom was clean breakfast was great lot of places to eat close by .we went to the sahara's sam water park only 15 minutes away enjoyed our stay.Definitely will return.

Old and outdated

Location: Really good steakhouse only a few minutes down the road.
When I arrived at the hotel to check in, found out it was under new management and the hotel was nameless. It would have been nice to receive a notification of this development, as it happened after I booked. If I would have known, I would have booked a different hotel. The girl at the front desk even said the hotel would be going through major renovations and said it was because it was so old and outdated. Not something that is pleasing to hear when you check in. Room wasn't terrible, but definitely showed it's age. Took some time to get the shower water temperature regulated, but once it did it was fine. Didn't seem dirty, was just disappointed about not getting the heads up on this place.

Outdated - poor management

This hotel is no longer run by Hampton Inn and is severely outdated! The warm breakfast only had make your own waffles and hash browns - no fruit or protein!

Didn't get a wake-up call as I requested.The iron in my room was dirty--so I couldn't iron my clothes before I went to my meeting. Main desk didn't offer any apologies or did I get a respond from the general manager apologizing for these inconvenience.

Not bad, some things need changes

AC didn't have a constant on setting so it was challenging to get the room to the temperature I prefer
