When I came back that night, after a long day of traveling from multiple places, my key 🔑 to the room didn't work. So I went to the rental office to get another key, and when I've tried that key, it didn't work either. It took 3 tries and a third trip to the office to finally 🙄 open the door to the room! The office attendant seems to look lethargic, hanged over and didn't even paid attention to what he was doing. That was the most inconvenience I've ever experienced at the hotel. I never had this problem with any of the hotels I've been to until this one!😡

Tried to put clothes in drawer. Opened it and several roaches ran out. Fridge had a water bottle in it. Hair in shower. Toilet seat was dirty. I had to go out and clean room before I slept in it

This Hotel is average and being there for only 2 Nights was tolerable. But what I disliked was the weak Wifi connectivity available. And the worst was that the bathroom tub was badly clogged so when you shower the soapy water just stayed in the tub. That wasn’t nice.

Highly recommend
Great hotel in a wonderful location. Very convenient to train/bus station, restaurants, and pubs. Safe. Very clean; good food in the bar. Great staff.

The property was ok. Was decent, to me was over priced since there wasn’t even a coffee pot in the room non smoking room. The bathroom walls had stains and the door was broken. But the room served its purpose.

I wanted to stay one night but could not stay because the bathup not well kept. I arrived around 3pm and left 10 pm same day. The receptionist did not even asked me what happen. He just took the key and say goodbye.

There was mold on the bathtub and what looked like fecal matter smeared on the wall near the toilet. Only saw one staff member, he was friendly. Sirens all night and other guests yelling.

Overall clean and decent for the price. Rolling chairs in the room are not a great idea when you are on the ground floor and hear them rolling all night long above. Would suggest bringing a blanket. Bed had 1 sheet and thin sheet as blanket.TV and fridge were great. Rooms partially updated and pretty clean. New flooring.

Comfortable stay at older property
Comfortable stay. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotels.com said “free breakfast”, but there was just a Keurig coffee machine in the office. Nothing else. This is an older property w/ normal inherent problems - crack in floor in shower, visible holes in sheets, interior door with surface broken and pulled off. But it was clean and bug-free.

There was very weak / no cell phone service - had to go and stand outside near Black Horse pike to call cab service! No reason to force people to use their WiFi. No garbage cans near the parking lot. Room was clean & well maintained. The motel and parking lot were well lit and felt safe.

While a no frills location it could use a blanket on the bed and the bathroom needs an upgrade. Tub spout moved when switching to shower and a hole was starting to form in bottom. Looked better in photos.
