Room was in bad shape.

AC register rattling. Shower curtain rod falling off wall. Room had a bad smell to it. Coffee maker was broken.

Unhappy Hotel Guest!!

I booked the hotel room because I needed a n emergency repair to my car. I was pleased with the services but not the staff at the front desk or the housekeeping staff and supervisors. As a guest I have paid to stay at the hotel. The staff doesn't pay me to stay there. If check out time is 12:00pm, then I don't expect any one to touch NY personal property until after 12:00pm. I don't need it removed from the room and placed at the front desk. Several small items were missing like cotton balls ink pens etc. If you cannot send a fax I don't need you to discuss the contents of the fax if if did not transmit. I appreciate the desk informing me about it. I stayed for 2 nights with out clothes or luggage and it was difficult for me because of the emergency repair and the Easter Holiday. More courteousness and respect must come from the management and staff. I would. not recommend this hotel to anyone unless the staff changes in housekeeping and the front desk The food is excellent, the décor and environment are good. The night desk staff are friendly and good but the rest is so poor it stores an F from me.

late night car problems forced me to get a local hotel and Residence Inn was near where my car was being fixed. Booked it on a discount site and arrived 30 minutes laters. Desk staff was efficient and friendly. Room was comfortable and impeccably clean if not luxe. Complimentary breakfast was pretty decent. Because of delays in my car repair I booked another night because the first night was so nice. Slept like a baby.

Great experience. Strong performance by associates. Next time we are in S Jersey, we will stay here.
