很棒的飯店!!!
前檯服務人員熱情，客房乾淨舒適，重點是洗衣烘衣機免費!!而且早餐有pizza烤鬆餅等等!!很棒的早餐，可惜的是屋齡可能較舊，可看的出房子老舊的痕跡，另外，也有廚房和大冰箱，很方便，所在位置，附近就有麥當勞subway等等餐廳，我認為是一間很棒的飯店，值得推薦

No wifi and no housekeeping
I’ll keep it short. No wifi at New Year’s Eve and 2 days after. An outage for the whole hotel. I went downstairs and asked for housekeeping that day while I was out. They said yes. Housekeeping never came. It was awful and the hotel is usually good

I tried to cancel it took me over 45 minutes to cancel. The person at the mount Laurel location told good luck with that. YOUR FRONT DESK AT THIS LOCATION SUCKS IM GOING TO PROVE IT.

We stayed 7 days and never had any housekeeping services. Even after asking it was not done. The furniture was soiled and the condition was run down. I am sure there are much nicer places to stay for the amount we paid. The front desk staff were okay but also did not do anything to help us.

Had issues with room. The refrigerator rattled all night. The smoke detector light blinked intermittently illuminating the room from midnight til morning. ( and unfortunately, someones car alarm went off every hour - not the hotels fault but they do ask for your auto information and probably could have found out who's it was) I called the front desk and was told I'd have to wait til morning and talk to management about my displeasure, great. ( however the night mgr probably couldn't address it anyway) I told the morning desk manager and he just said sorry, I 'll have someone look into it...we left.

The hotel was clean, the room was also clean with a very comfortable bed. Shawn and Aliana ( I know this is probably incorrect!) were both above and beyond friendly and helpful to my extended family that were all staying for my nieces wedding! We had a wonderful weekend!
