Roach on my wallPosted Nov 16, 2015
I stayed 3 nights and on the last night I woke up to a roach on my wall, took a picture and told management about it. Spoke to Andy the manager and he basically said too bad. He did not address my concern about if a roach had climbed into my bag or just the overall "ick" feeling of it. Also room I stayed in was somewhat out dated, didn't meet my expectation of a 3.5 star hotel.

Average hotelPosted Oct 20, 2015
I have been here a few times before with various issues. This time the Internet was awful. Overall the hotel is not bad but avoid it during holidays unless you have kids. When schools are off the place gets very busy

Nice Hotel with Indoor Water Park (Coco Keys)Posted Oct 20, 2015
Pros: The location is perfect (right off exit ramp) and the staff is very helpful and friendly
Location: Coco Keys indoor water park is located at this hotel which is great for the whole family! The hotel is also near lots of stores and restaurants.
This was my second time staying at this hotel. The room I stayed in this time needed a little work but overall my stay was very nice.

Very outdated new a fresh new renovationPosted Aug 31, 2015
hotel is in a good location but the room is very old and worn out the bed is comfy but the elevator was out of service the microwave and fridge look like they should go back to the 70's very old and the service was not good it took 3 hours to get some towels and room service had a 20% service gratuity not cool the coco water park is a room with too many people spent more time in the dirty outdoor pool had so much stuff floating in the water ewwww so I would rate this hotel a 2/3 at most

Booked thru hotels.com wasn't told I wold have to purchase tickets for coco keys separate, I'm thinking it's included with ur stay. Nope!..I booked 2 nites and when I got there I was told I needed to buy 2 tickets for each day at coco keys plus each person even though I wasn't going swimming I need to watch my 8yr old and I would be on the side, still fee to enter..and then I was told my second day the coco keys was closed because of a private pray and I would need to use the hotel outdoor pool..my daughter cried so bad it was her birthday and that was our reason for coming to this hotel, next coco keys had roaches..smh....then it closed at 7 leaving us to use the outdoor pool where half the people using the pool wasn't guest at the hotwl,I was told that by a trespassers. .they argued, played loud music it was out of control because no 1 wtches the pool, room had a trail of ants that ruined my food and daughters bday cake,tv kept blanking out,I can go on forn a days about my 2days stay, lol

Problem check-outPosted Jul 30, 2015
Understaffed for checkout. No receipt under door in a.m. To get a receipt, had to stand in a long line at reception that was not moving. Mgt made a copy of my credit card and that was not returned to me. Room was OK and spacious and clean. Needed maintenance in a few places. Fitted sheet was so stretched out, that it kept slipping off of mattress near pillow. Furniture was a little shabby.
