My reservation and check in process was ok. I was not expecting to pay a $100 pet fee but was offered a discount by one employee but was still charged the $100. Then upon getting up the next morning my kids went to use the microwave and found food left in it with flies around it. We needed towels, washcloths, blankets and pillows and remotes to all tvs and we had to constantly ask for more than 1 item. My husband asked about washcloths the morning after and was told 2 different times that they were not ready, so bought some just to have during our stay. Upon encountering the staff (,maids) they were very pleasant and helpful but did not speak any English. I think that in this field someone nwwsa to speak or at least understand some English as far as the public is being dealt with it would help with communication breakdowns. My overall stay was ok, I give it a 5 outta 10. The property was very nice, the rooms were descent, but could use some work or remodeling, and they could use a pool for the guests especially if children stay as well. We really enjoyed the area and the location if everything.
