Kathleen, I am sorry the pool was closed for renovations during your stay. If we had a valid phone number on file, we did contact all of our guests letting them know ahead of time. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for staying with us.

Donald, I would like to apologize about your experience with the smell of weed in the hallways We are a non smoking hotel, unfortunately, we have those guests that are inconsiderate of others, and break the rules. We do the best we can to avoid this by having no smoking signs and a smoking fee.
