Naked,drunk men banging on the door at 3 a.m.

Cons: Better security
Vomit in the elevator should have been a clue. Loud,intoxicated people across the hall and next door to us left us virtual prisoners in our room. Checked in at 1 a.m with my girl. Loud arguments and extremely drunken,drug induced behavior started at about 2 am. First an extremely large man was smashing his body into the walls as he attempted to go into the room next to us.. As I looked out the peephole,a completely naked man was crouched outside of our door and kept putting his eye up to the peephole. I freaked out and barred the door. After about an hour, the noise subsided and we tried to sleep.....thenBANG,BANG,BANG, on our door. The naked man returned! I was fortunately armed,but we got very little sleep. The front desk people seemed intimidated by these people and did nothing. When I complained,they said we would be reimbursed for our charge. That hasn't happened yet. My biggest issue was that at check in,the desk person had to know about these rowdy,drunks, they had left a trail of vomit from the elevator through the hallway,but put us in a room across and next to them when I was told that they had 10 rooms available. I still shudder when I think about that eyeball staring at me through the peephole!

We have no problem getting the police involved with this type of an issue. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't brought to the front desk's attention until the morning. Not a good experience.

Too close to the lobby. Cost of room versus value, poor. Very small room. Microwave and refrigerator next to the bed. Could hear the refrigerator run all night long. Disappointed.

Maybe next time you could try one of our other room types that offer more space such as our leisure suite and is located on our other two floors away from the lobby. Casino Concert trip

Pros: Clean,
Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Loved the free shuttle to and from the casino after the amazing Foreigner Concert.

Great hotel for us. Close to Soaring Eagle Casino and not too far from Birch Run. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Good basic hotel

Cons: Needs updating
Location: Casino very close
Nice hotel with all the basic needs. Liked the free check-in cookies. Room was clean. Sink and counter was separate from the toilet and shower room.

Double Date Weekend

Pros: We were going to a concert at the casino and this hotel was right next door to the casino.
Cons: Maybe a bigger, more open area for the breakfast.
Came into town to go to a concert. We booked this hotel 3 weeks ahead. We were surprised to see it so close to the casino. We noticed when we came back from the concert the hotel had a sign up that said all booked up, so we know it was a full hotel. Because it was a full hotel, the breakfast was a bit crowed. Not enough tables or chairs for everyone to sit and have breakfast. The rooms were just perfect. The bed was comfortable. The TV was nice and big. The room was very clean.

Nice hotel close to Casino....

We had never stayed at a Baymont Hotel in the past. We we pleased with this stay and will stay here again in the future. My only complaint was that since the hotel was "sold out" for the evening, it made it a tough time for many people to get breakfast. The breakfast area is just too small for that many people. Overall a nice place !
