Decent

We stayed here due to evacuation from Hurricane Irma in Florida. Everything was decent, nothing over the top. Just a place to say and accommodate.

Never Again

TERRIBLE situation. When I arrived for check-in, I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes until someone finally appeared. The girl who checked me in gave off a "can we hurry this up" vibe. As though I'd interrupted her free time. And repeatedly kept stating that I'd "booked through Expedia", so it felt as though I didn't matter to their business. They do not do wake up calls. Their complementary breakfast consists of cereal bars and anything you can grab and run out of the door with. The WORST experience was when I got in the shower, there was hardly any water pressure and about halfway through my shower I saw a short, black HAIR ON THE WALL. After I saw that one I began checking the wall out and found NUMEROUS hairs! I wear glasses and the design of the shower made them difficult to see unless you were up close. I walked out to the lobby, with my towel on my head, and informed the girl at the front desk (the same girl as the previous day) that there were hairs in the shower and it had not been cleaned. Her response: "oh.... well you booked with Expedia so we can't do anything about it." And I said "excuse me?" She said "sorry... if you haven't taken a shower yet I can get somebody to go clean it." The towel was on my head, I'd obviously already taken a shower! I asked again "so there is nothing you can do?" She stated "No ma'am... that's just a risk you take when you book through those sites." Never had any issues with anywhere I've stayed. This is a first & a last.

Won't stay again

Dated, low end fixtures, bed and bedding, Breakfast is grab and go not continental like advertised.

Nice stay, there for a family event and the hotel was not our focus. All need and assistance by the staff was outstanding.

We enjoyed our trip and stay. The only negative I have to share is the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Other than that it was a nice, comfortable place to stay. We plan to stay again in the future.
