Property was very clean and in good shape, breakfast was great and varied. Front desk personnel were not very welcoming or friendly but the ladies who took care of the breakfast area, and housekeepers were very friendly and polite.

No toiletries available as advertised for missing items. We needed a razor and a toothbrush that was forgotten. None available had to rent a car to go to the drug store. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly and there was an awful smell and a long wait for service. Breakfast was okay. Breakfast attendant was super nice and helpful. Room requests were not honored. Requested first floor and close to elevator as my travel companion just had surgery. Was out in fourth floor in the last room down the hall.

I love having the refrigerator, microwave and the offering of tea or coffee in the lobby. Very friendly and accommodating. Close to the bridge and pier for walking. Perfect choice for my stay! Thank you!

From the time we walked in everyone was very helpful and helpful and had a smile on their face. Very clean and smells good! Breakfast was outstanding. Breakfast was real good and hot! Everything was clean! Quite all the time we were there their. Outstanding! I would give it a 10! Thanks to the whole staff.

We had no hot water. We got back to our room so late we just crashed and when we woke up to shower. No hot water. Was not happy. The front desk guy did go out of his way to get me some hot choc. When i had a sore throat.

Awesome! Always outstanding service! Clean and when you walk in the door it smell so nice. The room's are the same way! Outstanding breakfast! We have stayed at this Hampton Inn about 75 to 100 times. All Hampton Inn are clean and smells so good. We travel a lot and only use Hampton Inn across the US. Outstanding!
