Cons: cleaning and staff training in customer retention
Location: location is great. walking distance to Subway, Target, JC Penney, and a 7-11 service station.
Room size indicate its big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids but it really isn't. Walking sideways to get through places. Towels were skimpy and only sets for 3 even though reservations were for 4. Asked for an additional pillow and blanket - took a while to get them. The blanket was a bedspread. who knows how clean those are?? Stayed 3 nights - on the last night a kid's ring was found under the edge of a bed - not from us. question the level of cleaning that happens there. TV wasn't working - when staff came down to check it, she accused us of unplugging it. Have stayed here before and staff was fine then- low cost should equal poor quality. Won't stay here again.

Hotel staff was super helpful. They asked if I needed any dining recommendations during my stay. Also within walking distance of central Michigan university which is really nice.

Good rate, perfect location, great beds, free parking to CMU, nice breakfast, hotel is pet friendly so our furry friend is welcome, Super 8 has been our go to place for the last four years our son has been at Central Michigan University playing football... Staff is always welcoming and efficient... Gets a 10 from us😀

Good Night

Pros: The parking was conveniten.
Cons: Only having one exit/entry from Mission Street was sometimes congested on weekends when the parking lot is full and very active.
Location: The hotel location was within walking distance of the CMU football stadium.
The hotel staff was very accommodating. On our second night we needed and requested additional towels. The hotel staff delivered the towels within 10 minutes. We were very appreciative. The breakfast hour being 11 O'clock on weekends is great. The waffles were good too!

This hotel was great! Very clean and fast, friendly service! Our room was clean and comfortable, we loved it! My boyfriend said "we should stay at Super 8 from now on!" We really enjoyed our stay and liked that there was free breakfast. I will say there could have been more variety for the breakfast but otherwise it was a great hotel and a great stay!
