Consistant

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean tub/shower.
Cons: Workout facility on site. Pool.
Location: CMU campus, great restaurants within walking distance, Target and other shopping within walking distance. Great location.
This was my fourth stay at the Super 8. The only negatives I have is that it does not have a pool on the premises, although, you can use the pool at a different hotel across the street, but it's not worth the trouble and it would be nicer if they had another hot breakfast option, other than oatmeal and waffles. Other than those small critiques, I've been happy every time. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I will be using Super 8 whenever we go to Mt. Pleasant. It's a great hotel for the price point.

Service Dog

Room was very nice and clean. I brought my service dog and they did not give me a hard time. Very professional and friendlty. Made us feel very welcome. Ty

BED BUGS!!

Had to leave found bed bugs !!!stayed for New Years usually clean but found bed bugs and they said they only would have a housekeeper clean the room instead of having a company come and exterminate the place gross!!! Clothing ruined 01/01/2018

Great stay. Not a lot of exposure to staff, but the room was up to expectation. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff

Staff were friendly and engaging! Our room was perfect except for a faint Oder. Making a left hand exit from the parking lot is very challenging due to heavy traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Suprisingly Luxurious

Cons: Better towels
Location: fine
What a pleasant surprise. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. It's everything I wanted and didn't expect. Very nice, great value.

Close to cmu

Very disappointed. Very noisy. If you want to get sleep, this is not the hotel to stay at. We could here everything that was going on in the next room and the hollering in the hallway until 3pm. Will not be back.

Don't pay credit for casino shuttle

I waited to post this review to see if the hotel would credit my account like they said they would, nope. If you book the shuttle for the casino, make sure you pay cash! If it doesn't show up you will not get your money back for the shuttle if you pay by credit. The 6PM shuttle on 10/7 never showed & made us late for a Dinner with friends. Told clerk we can't wait any longer & used our own car. She said it will just show up as pending & won't go through. Nope, was charged & have called about this & was told it will be credited in a few days. it's still there after a week. Have to do things the hard way & go through my bank. Not worth $130 a night, never stayed at Super 8 & with the service I got at this one, won't be staying at another one. Way overpriced hotel, would rather stay at a Hyatt or Hilton for that kind of money.
