Booked suite room on our honeymoon. Wanted to watch Iowa women’s final four game. Tv didn’t work Called front desk. They came to our room to try fix the tv. Unable to get any channels they said sorry. No tv for us in a SUITE?? Told front desk in the morning so the next guest would have tv. They didn’t say sorry no refund. Didn’t seem to care. Other guests were checking out same time. Said there tv didn’t work either. Will consider other hotels in keystone.

Inadequate Parking
We confirmed about two weeks prior to arrival and reminded them we had a truck and trailer. Upon check-in, we were told we had to park vehicles on the hill across the street. This was not part of the reservation information. We had stayed "on the hill" before and it did not have adequate parking. We were told we could try to park down the road at an open lot which had no one to assist us or take payment (at our expense). There was only a standard mailbox with no contact information. This was the alternative since we were only permitted one parking space at this hotel. There were no other services provided so we canceled the reservation and scrambled to find somewhere else to stay. This hotel is not recommended when there are large events in the area (The Sturgis Rally).

It was nice and close to everything we visited on our trip. The staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was available on one of the days we stayed but then was not the other day. The kids enjoyed the pool. The room was a little small, but we made it work.

The property was good, HOWEVER, the room was REALLY REALLY loud. I mean, we could hear pipes with water banging, the mechanical room or something was right under us and besides of being load, it made the bed vibrate when the water pressure stopped. I spoke to the hotel staff, but I’m not positive they will actually do anything for future guests. Nice place.

The room we had which was a queen was not in any of the pictures they show. Our room was extremely tiny. It was oddly shaped. He walked in and there was a bathroom you worked further and there was a bed and over in the corner on the other side of the bathroom space was the TV. The carpeting is very old in outdated. The shower rod was extremely rusted and hanging down. The room, that as far as I could tell, was clean. The curtains, which were to filter out the light that was coming from the pool did not do a very good job and so there was quite a bit of light coming in until the pool lights went off. The hotel is on a hill and so you have to drive a steep upgrade, or walk a steep upgrade. Both coming and going. A note of caution, if you are on a charter bus, there is no transportation to go downtown to get your food. Walk to go up and down the steep hill and then on to the main drag. But if you have any mobility issues at all, I would highly not recommend this place due to the location of the steep hill.

This property is in need of updating! Rooms offer minimal amenities given there is a kitchenette. Towels are very worn. Bathroom very outdated. Room furniture very worn & outdated.

Great place, close to the action but quiet at the same time. Loved the rock backdrop outside our room, the fireplace was a nice touch. Better television channels would have been nice but ok. Staff were nice

We arrived on a Saturday for a five day stay. We had to request room service and didn’t receive it until Tuesday-the only day our room was cleaned. The refrigerator wasn’t working upon our arrival. The Hispanic maintenance worker claimed it was iced over and worked (all while using his phone to translate communication to us!!! Consequently all our food was frozen and ruined. No compensation was offered to us when these items were mentioned. The towels were stained. Everything in the bathroom was rusted and there was no safety bar installed for stepping in and out of the bathtub- ADA!!! I was terribly disappointed in this Wyndham facility and service.
