Lovely staff, beautiful property, indoor heated pool and hot tub is lit. The price for the amenities alone is worth it. The rooms are beautiful and the staff does an awesome job.

Beautiful scenery, nice restaurants close by, front desk staff was super nice. The only thing I didn’t like was my window was dirty and there was layers of dust on the walls. Other than it was great! Would stay here again.

Great Stay
This was a comfortable stay during our trip. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant and a great nights sleep. The lodge was decorated for the season and made it a friendly stay with lots od friendly faces around the hotel.

Second building second floor wasn't easy with luggage from parking lot. We had 3 queen room and it was perfect for 5 adults. The hotel was quiet and cozy. Would use again.

Nice Pit Stop
We stopped for the night to avoid bad roads and snow, we had a cozy room and everything was lovely. The room was nice my only comment/complaint was that the cleaning supplies used left a very strong smell behind and I’m a bit sensitive to strong smells. The pool was gorgeous and the grounds are great to walk around.

As you stated you are sensitive to strong smells I suggest you let hotels know at time of booking. Most hospitality professionals are aware this is a concern for some guests and can work with housekeeping to use neutral cleaning agents to assure a sensitive guest will be comfortable.Thank you again for sharing your feedback. Expect too much chlorine in Swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Plan your water, ahead. Rooms on the second floor, front facing has an amazing view of the mountains. Rooms are quite spacing and Showers are refreshing, probably because of the fresh water from Shasta mountain.

Although the hotel was passable, our room had a musty smell to it. The carpet was old and worn out, and the beds were not comfortable. The pool and spa were nice. The towels were all scratchy and way too small. (we are not big people). The front desk staff was nice, but the waiter in the restaurant was not friendly and didn't seem to care for his job. We would likely not choose to stay here again if given another option.

Nice place good value.
Mount Shasta is a beautiful special place. The town is quaint. I was here for a spiritual retreat. The Best Western was great. Friendly staff. Good value for the price. Clean. The pool and spa tub (public) were better than expected. The breakfast restaurant was understaffed--so I walked to the diner. Not bad. THis is a great location.

I just needed a stop over place on a long road trip. Room was a nice size & comfortable. Only negative is the towels were the worst ever. Like using sandpaper. A little fabric softener would do wonders!!
