I attempted to call reception from around 8pm, but due to the faulty phone, this was impossible. I was eventually forced to go down to reception myself after 10pm just to ask basic questions about breakfast times and location. A staff member did come to the room and confirmed the phone was faulty. I specifically asked to be informed once it had been fixed, yet I received no update whatsoever. By the time we checked out at 10:30am the following morning, the phone was still not working, and no explanation, apology, or follow-up was offered.
