the 2 ladies that checked us in and helped us figure out a solution to our short notice situation. very polite and professional, eye contact and smiled with patience and understanding. The manager in the am was actually not very pleasant until i made sure she knew how happy i was with her night shift gals. You know attitude reflects leadership 😁 the manager than seemed to calm down and took the time to really listen and look into our whole crazy change and mix up due to an illness of family and them it being able to come. All in all we just wanted a comfy bed shower and coffee. ☝️😁
