Wow! Takes a lot to impress us. But we were amazed. Our room was so clean. The carpet, everything in our room. Walls were painted so nice. The desk clerks were so nice. The lobby was huge, the handy man was working hard. He was doing a great job at painting. The carpet was immaculate. The inside and outside was well manicured. The breakfast area was clean and they had waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, toast etc. I have not seen anyplace this clean not even when I have paid double this. You will not be disappointed.

So reading others reviews we were very worried. We book through Expedia however, they said we did not actually book what we chose and dude said take it cancel, when we asked if they could change it he said yes but it would cost more. They upgraded our rooms to two kinds per room but an extra $79 each. The poor was clear and clean. Rooms clean. But one room had no smoke detector just the wires hanging from the ceiling and same room had a horrible sounding bathroom fan. However, it was clean and smelt clean. Carpet in lobby needs to be shampooed but tiles were cleaned, and I saw them mop 3 times in the 14 hours we were there. Breakfast wasn't much but it was fresh what was there, and they had fruit. Staff was nice, especially the lady on the night shift she was really pleasant to take to. Like I said we were worried about staff and hotel both reading other reviews but with 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies it was a family friendly hotel and we would stay there again. Only complaints were again the dirty carpet in lobby, the noise bathroom fan, and the lack of a smoke detector. I don't expect much from a free inclusive breakfast but adding a few things wouldn't hurt. They were pleasant and even offered to let us view the eclipse in their open and spacious parking lot. 🌚🌝

We stayed in 113 for one night. WHILE pulling the sheets up before we checked out, I saw a tiny bug, but then saw others, Please check 113 for bed bugs. I know these things can be found even at a five * place. The bathroom assessibility features included 5 bars in the bath, but no chair and the water hose was over 6 ft high. My husband had to totally help me through it.

First sent to a room that had not been turned over - bed looked like someone had just slept in it. Maybe just new employee keyed in wrong room. The shower head, which was supposed to various settings, didn’t. The problem might have been the openings seemed clogged with buildup and mold.

Found a couple roaches. Night desk clerk was rude and patronizing. Morning clerk was fine. One scroungy elevator working. Rooms seemed clean. Bar and grill was good..

Room was clean and maintained, comfortable beds, all up to date. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Front desk friendly and helpful. Great location as well.Easy in and out.

Trashy, bad smell, terrible water pressure. Knob fell off bathtub faucet. Bulb in bathroom burnt out. No iron. No ironing board. Hair dryer didnt work. Pillows were cheap and flat. Carpet turned our feet black. 1 vending machine that didnt work well. No drink machine. No ice on second floor. Parking was on side and rear of building. . No ramp for luggage cart. Had to pick it up over the curb. NEVER AGAIN.
