“Quirky vibe, European style. Very comfortable room, with excellent amenities. All very thoughtful in terms of guest comfort, needs, use of space and sustainability. Good location by the harbour and opposite the Te Papa museum. Parking a short walk away. Register your car with the hotel to save on parking fees. Breakfast in The Pantry was tasty, with fresh ingredients. Amazing service from friendly staff, thank you Sandra, Pacco & Christina. ”

“我明明沒有在門放 no service 但我回來卻發現被放了一張 加上原本的總共有2張 這導致當天沒有客房清潔，垃圾都滿出來了”

“員工的服務真的超棒，每次問問題都非常客氣不管是戴眼鏡的兩位櫃台 (我只記得一位叫Tresha) 還是早班一位沒戴眼鏡比較高的櫃台，大家都很客氣. 整潔度也沒話說 雖然這裡離我上班的地方有點遠，但我會為了這個品質選擇Sojourn”

“Very large apartment, 2 good size bedrooms with huge sitting and clean. Good for family stay. Close to National Museum and the seafront, just 10mins walk, also 12 mins walk to Willis Street where many good eateries. Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Wish there is more lighting in the sitting/dinner area. ”

“對面是醫院，公車站牌超近，隔一個街口就有超市，生活機能很方便。前台非常熱心，不會使用提供的開罐器，直接幫忙開好；提早半小時入住和上午6點多退房，也都即時處理，很好的住宿體驗。”

“It was such a pleasure stay! We were staying with connecting rooms - newly refurnished, nice and clean! The bed was super comfortable ! The waterfront view looking out from the window was a bonus! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful - offloaded our luggage’s & delivered them to our rooms straight before we got in the rooms! Will definitely come back!”
