Worth the money.

Location: If you're going to the Mountain Home area to fish on the White or North Fork rivers, this is the perfect location.
I stay in a lot of motels and this one is great for its price point. It was clean, safe, quiet, and friendly. Far better than any of the other little motels at this price point that I've used over the last few years.

Best place to stay in Gassville.

Posted Dec 27, 2016
Pros: Easy access to room, ability to park right in front of room, can open window, hotel staff is pleasant and helpful.
Cons: The continental breakfast could be a little more extensive.
Location: If you're coming to Gassville, Arkansas, you most likely have a reason to do so. I travel here to visit the cemetery, where my ancestors are buried.
I typically stay here, when I travel to Gassville, Arkansas. The current owners have been there since 2009, I believe, and they are cordial and helpful. The continental breakfast offered is minimal, but acceptable. Rooms are easily accessible, clean, and well stocked with everything you need.

When we checked in the clerk tried to charge more then was quoted by Expedia. After I showed him my quote he agreed to the price. The room was not what we expected. To close the bathroom door the toilet seat has to be raised first. There was a bug in the ice bucket and the linen was dingy. We stayed the night and the next morning I complained. The new clerk gave us another room which was much better with a larger bathroom.

Conveniently Located for us.

Posted Dec 27, 2014
Pros: It was clean and quiet, and very close to where we needed to be. The shower had lots of pressure, and hot water.
Cons: It's not the Ritz. Just a very nice small town Motel with friendly owners.
Location: It's near some pretty good fishing areas for Trout and Striped Bass. There is a BBQ place and a Mexican Restaurant within a block or two. Fair.
Room was ready and waiting for us. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was much better than many places we have stayed while on the road. Did not check for WiFi, we did not need it. Actually we didn't need anything but a place to sleep and shower.
