Everything good except closet wouldn't stay shut, & the roll away took up entire hallway blocking the bathroom at night...altogether we had 3 rooms & everyone was happy

Excellent stay. Only problem was the non working tv remote. They replaced it but that one didn't work either.

Great location, close to several restaurants. Clean hotel, comfortable room. My only concern was the wear on the hallway carpet, which appeared to be loose in a few places. Thought it might become a safety issue.

Location: eat at the gourmet sandwich store. excellent!
The Good: responsive staff to problems; excellent breakfast with a very attentive overseeing staff; they had breakfast early for the marathon runners; they fixed the jacuzzi which had not been working; nice cookies and fruit. The Bad: thin walls and inappropriate neighbors,...nothing the hotel can do about that....they filled the jacuzzi in the a.m. with cold water making it unusable in the morning before check out time (11:00). no tub in room. thin pillows.

Pros: Very nice...hotel and the room
Location: Close to everything...but out of the of the way at the same time.
The only trouble I had was that I booked with expedia..and they (Hampton) had no record of it. So I was kinda treated like I had done something wrong. Was made to give my credit card again and was told the rate would be higher (even though I told him it had already been charged to my credit card) by the gentleman at the front desk. Thank goodness there was another lady at the desk that said don't worry about all that now we will call a manager and get in touch with expedia and find out what happen. Then he gave me my key and didn't even tell me where my room was. Other than that the hotel was very nice and close to everything. I would stay here again.
