This is an older hotel, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Just an overnight stay, so hotel was perfect for our needs.

They are doing some construction. Took 3 rooms before I was settled from door wouldn’t lock to air conditioners didn’t work. Nava was very pleasant and apologized

Never trust the pictures.

The site showed a picture of an in-room jacuzzi tub. What I got was a small jetted tub. And some storms blew in showing the dirty skylights leaking. The room was ok. But the pool was cloudy and had things floating in it, even after cleaning, like pieces of side wall paint from the pool itself.

The property was quit so we were able to get a good nights rest both nights we were there. The room was neat and comfortable but not updated recently The breakfast on Saturday was lacking at best Eggs were never brought to the dining area so our breakfast was a couple pieces of sausage since we are on a carb free diet. Sunday we checked out and ate elsewhere in town as we continued our journey

Rooms were renovated pretty nicely and were cleaned up , but bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Pool was really murky and outside was not well maintained. Overall average stay for the price and can't complain too much.

Clean and comfortable

Very clean, very helpful staff. An older hotel which has not been updated, but price reflects that. Bed was fresh and comfortable. Concerns (from viewpoint of an elderly person): no elevator, low toilet, no grab bar next to toilet or in shower. Family members had room facing pool. Swimming lessons started at 7 am. Most folks are ready to get up and go by that time, but my group had hoped to sleep in. For the most part - a pleasant experience. The staff member who helped us was very knowledgeable about places to eat on a Sunday night and steered us to a perfect site to watch the eclipse.

The whole place seemed dirty. The pool was not as clean as it should be. We had to get new keys for our room five times. Hallways were very hot. There was not an elevator for people with luggage to use

Check in was quick and easy very nice receptionist. Other than that nothing stood out about the property. Pizza inn down stairs and candy shop was the nicest thing about property. Room was very out of date and walls were nasty, cleaning personnel does the best they can with what they have to work with. Tight quarters in bathroom and tub did not drain. Taking a shower was a chore because standing in dirty water. The whole hotel had a musky oder to it. Not a stay worth returning.

It was hot upstairs in the hallway from the indoor pool area, extremely hot in our room, the sliding back doors over the balcony people had open with there lights off, freaked my kids out, also the wedding that was held, the drunks coming out almost run my childern over, and the blow dryer didnt work, the ice machine was put out of order and our keys didnt work, we had to have them reset 3 times, very poor!!

My wife and I and our 2 young children stayed here because I am a volunteer chaplain at the prison. I chose this hotel because they have an indoor pool for our kids. I upgraded to the very late checkout at 3pm and had been charged $81 through Expedia and then $77 through Ramada already. The owner came to our room while I was at the prison and told my wife and kids they had 5 minutes to get out of the room claiming my card had been declined and that he had paid the cleaners to clean our room. On top of the fact that I had paid for very late checkout for a reason but my wife also had no way of contacting me because I cannot bring my phone into the prison. The owner tried to kick my wife and kids off the property until my wife absolutely refused and was allowed to stay in the lobby. It was absolutely unbelievable that this was happening especially since my card was not declined and I was approved for the very late checkout. On top of this there is black mold in the pool area and in the bathroom where the vents are. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. They had no plates for their “free” breakfast that morning and there was barely any actual food. This hotel needs severely remodeled because it’s falling apart hence the cheaper price you will see at this hotel. Do not stay here if you have kids for sure.

Time to find a new place for the annual trip

The light switch at the door didn't work, the bathroom switch did. The standup lamp didn't work. The switches to the lights on the wall would turn on/off by touch when they were twisty knobs. The hair dryer started smoking when plugged in. The bed sheets were stained. The lady that checked us in was polite and friendly, the person checking us out, wrote down 2 of the items wrong and said thanks for staying and was done talking with me.
