Uncomfortable bed

Even if they just improved the pillows I would have been happy.

The room had not been updated in years. It smelled of stale cigarettes and there was hair all over the room.

Staff was rude.

Staff was rude And not very helpful. The cleanliness lacked. Pictures are not what the actual hotel looked like.. No blow dreyer.

The water system didn't work and the staff at check-in was cold!

We do have an older property, which does present challenges, but we work hard to maintain and clean it to the highest possible standard, and we trust that you found your room to be perfectly clean and comfortable. We are very sorry for the issue that you experienced with hot water - at peak times during very busy periods at the hotel, it can take some time for hot water to reach some rooms, and we apologize for the inconvenience that this caused you. Dingy, dumpy, massively overpriced. Basically, you’re paying for the ground it sits on.

It was an older room but for one night and didn't stay in room much it was ok

Close to downtown, and close to freeway.

Pros: Close to where we were going.
Cons: Bathroom fixtures could be updated.
Location: Close to the freeway, noise was not noticeable.
Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good. Not sure why people expect food like a 5-star restaurant, it's free for crying out loud.
