It was cold and noisy. Also the radio was broken so it made a lot of noise during the night.

Best value in the area

Pros: cleanliness; hot breakfast (though I'll be glad when the breakfast room comes back!)
Cons: room repair is occasionally not the best; see my main comments.
This is truly the best value in the area. It's an older property, but it's spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable, the internet service is reliable and reasonably fast, and the staff are courteous and helpful (though I don't ask for much). I find occasional reminders that this isn't a new hotel: occasionally a drape is torn, or the trim ring around the shower head is corroded, or the furnishings are dated. Once, my TV didn't work properly, but since I almost never watch TV in my room, this wasn't a problem for me. Good coffee, a good iron, a comfortable bed, a good desk and an excellent chair, and the only hot breakfast in the immediate area more than make up for these deficiencies. Room temperature controls are modern and accessible. There is no street noise because it's away from the highway. I think they've nailed it; I'm a regular customer.

underrated hotel with great access

This's my go-to hotel in Mountain View--it's a great value. The rooms are aging but spotless; they have the best breakfast of the group of 4 hotels in the immediate vicinity. Don't misunderstand: this is a basic accommodation, but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotless and well-appointed with a refrigerator, coffee maker, excellent desk chair, snappy internet, and the usual amenities.

Room is quite nice with comfortable beds. The check in person was not very friendly and didn’t explain anything. she took away $50 deposit from out credit card and never said anything about it.., what it was for, etc.

Uncomfortable bed

It was clean but sun was hit on the bed no curtsy

Was good location is just the twelves are so old that hurt the body. The sun at the windows no cauetsins to cover Son.

Comfortable Bed in Average Motel

Very comfortable bed. Parking right outside the door was very convenient. Day clerk was very helpful. No alarm, radio clock. Refrigerator was very low, and the microwave was lower. You have to be on your knees to use it. You have to pay to use the phone. No restaurant on property, not within comfortable walking distance. Wooden floor squeaked in hallway connecting bathroom to bed. T.V pretty small by today’s standards. Certain cable channels were snowy. I️ called front desk. Clerk said he’d come and try to help. Never came,

The room had not been updated in years. It smelled of stale cigarettes and there was hair all over the room.

Staff was rude.

Staff was rude And not very helpful. The cleanliness lacked. Pictures are not what the actual hotel looked like.. No blow dreyer.
