Way overpriced

I know this is Silicon Valley, but over $300/night feels like a rip off for a maybe 3 star hotel.

Convenient location

Was able to check in early. Room was clean, big and comfortable with extra amenities like mini fridge, keurig, microwave, sitting area. I like that the sink is outside the shower, toilet area, which could be better sound insulated with a fan. Breakfast was good and included. Ubered to Shoreline for under $10.

Hotel was overpriced for the value

Hotel was clean however it was overpriced for the value. We paid $400 for one night. Older hotel with wall A/C and it sounded like elephants were walking around on the ceiling! Price range should have been at least $100 less for the condition and type of hotel.

Inexperienced Staff got alot of things wrong.

I don't know if the staff was inexperienced or what. First, we were given a room with one King bed. Our reservation was for 2 Queens. So, we had to go back to the front desk. Second time, she sent us to a room that was occupied!! No one was in the room but there was a suitcase etc. and the beds were not made. Third time, finally got the room right and it was fine. Also, when we checked out, they tried to charge us for the wrong amount and they would not change it immediately. The front desk person said they did not have the authority to fix it. She did take out phone number and email. No one call us, but they did email and refund the overage several days later. Overall our room was fine, but there was too much confusion and a lack of organization at the hotel. I don't think we would stay at this hotel again. Too many other options and I've never had to go to the front desk so many times!!

A nice save

Pros: Spacious room and parking.
Location: Only spent the night.
We ended up staying here after this site and a hotel this site sponsors failed to honor our reservation. Although it is close (with traffic) to an hour from the airport it is a lovely place and had a nice breakfast.
