Staff were very helpful in addressing problems we had during our stay. The room furniture is a bit outdated, no phone line or working phone to call front desk but the office is close to the actual rooms. Beds were more firm, which was fine for us. Parking was right by the room, always had parking available.

Don't stay here
Door Key didn't work. Had to get replacements. Cold water was turned off. Had to wait for plumber. Room didn't look like it was cleaned very well. There was half full bottle of ranch dressing with no top in the fridge. The sheets on one of the beds had what looked like blood stains on it. Found a bug in one of the beds, not sure if it was a bed bug or not. Very unpleasant stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable the access was handicap equipped with ramps the parking was cramped but adequate the manager is friendly and helpful the location was easy in and out and close to area attractions and the downtown

Nice Room for a Decent Price!
The man at the check in counter was very polite and pointed me to my room very helpfully. The price was also good. $100/night vs the cabins in town at ~$130/night if you can find one. The only thing about the room that could be better is the carpet was a little old and a little stained. The bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave worked well.

Location was perfect for us. Close enough to the square but also not right in town. There were several good restaurants within a very short drive from our room. We chose this motel because of the pool. I loved that it was in the back and couldn’t be seen from the main road. There were also trees around it, so if you wanted to sit in a little shade, that was a possibility. The only negative experience we had the entire time is that our door key wasn’t working consistently. Then the owner came to let us in and bring us a new key. He said that put in the key next to her cell phone made it not work. It would’ve been good to know that from the beginning but that is absolutely the only problem that we had. The staff was very nice. The place was very clean and it was a great location

The front office staff member was very helpful and nice. He saw me trying to find my room later in the evening and remembered what room i was assigned. The bed is the softest ive slept in at a hotel in the last few years. The only issue i reall have is since there is no elevator and we were on the second floor, the stairs kind of scared me. Not falling apart but definitely may need replaced.

Everything was fine but we had a hard time with the card key that evening. We finally were able to get it unlocked after about 10 minutes. At that hour of course the office was closed. Also please offer people better soap. The small discs were maybe the size of a silver dollar.

It was a perfect location with our grandsons, nice pool, very clean room, microwave and mini-frig. The motel is a little shabby, cracked tile in the bathroom, broken frame on picture and missing hook on back of door. With that said, this motel is the best Mountain View has to offer.

If we would have stopped randomly at this property, we wouldn't have even considered stay there. We realize that there are limited resources in this town, but there is no Excuse for a Hotel/Motel to be this poorly maintained. The Bathroom was Filthy, the room had a musky smell and one of the 2 refrigerators in the room didnt work. It should have been removed. I wanted to cancel and find a better Facility, however the Clerk said I'd forfeit my money. If these are the types of Facilities Expedia promotes, I won't use the site.

The tub and bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned well. There was quite a bit of hair in the tub. Other than that, the room was adequate.
