“Room was basic but functionable. Dinner was ok. Had the moussaka for dinner it was ok on the small side for the price and a bit dry. Only stayed 1 night ”

“We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. “We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.”

“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……

“Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels……

“The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights.”

“The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.”

“The reception staff were absolutely delightful, they had free transport which was easy to book, although I did not use I feel like this was an amazing idea for people who did not want to worry about parking or car rentals. The hotel looked very modern and brand new, the area was lovely and I would definitely come back. To improve they should not allow people to put their towels on the sun-bed and leave it there for hours unattended, it is unfair for the other guests and ruins the experience. The……
