Comfortable night

Posted Sep 18, 2016
Pros: Comfort.
Cons: Housekeeping could check the beds even if they appear untouched.
Location: Mt Hood Brewery was recommended but we found the food to be generic. Not walking distance to other restaurants.
Traded rooms after finding a dirty bed. Easy switch to the room next door.

Best service and facilities cannot fault. However I don't like that I have to add a bit more to my review comments for my feedback to submitted.

no air in any of the rooms

Posted Aug 30, 2016
CHose to stay here since it was one of the only hotels in Government Camp. However, it's awful because there is no air or cooling in any of the rooms. They have fans that are not cooling at all -- a box fan would be MUCH better -- why don't they have those available? Anyway, if you plan to come here on a summer day, just know there is no air and you will be sweating at night. Also, it's incredibly noisy since you usually end up opening the windows to get some air flow. Just no.

Hotel needed a good cleaning

Posted Aug 26, 2016
Pros: Ladies who checked us in were friendly.
Cons: Overall cleanliness and breakfast needed to be improved
Location: Visit Mt Hood Lodge and dining room. Interesting architecture and good food.
Carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. Could have been better decorated for a ski area
