“We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. “There was nothing to fault with this property. We received a warm welcome from Dimitri who was so helpful for the duration of our stay. We felt so spoilt with our welcome amenities - a bottle of wine, a block of Naxian cheese, homemade cookies, honey, jam, coffee pods, snacks. The villa was spacious for our family of four (2A & 2C - ages 10 & 6), and had everything we needed for our 7 nights' stay. “Amazing property. The remote location to us was a benefit as we wanted peace and quiet which is what we received. Yes you need a car, but driving around the island to find different beaches and restaurants was a bonus. The staff was warm and welcoming. The property was perfectly clean and our room was beautiful. “Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage im Summerland Resort. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand und kann dann von den Tavernen den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Paradies-Taverne bietet täglich frische Fischgerichte und ist wirklich toll gelegen!
