Betsy's is quiet with a wonderful view of Tbilisi. The staff was very pleasant and attentive with many remembering our names and/or room number within a day. They have an on site restaurant with a wide variety of Georgian and international cuisine while you can get a more limited menu in the bar. Overall a very nice experience

Excellent location. Very good and friendly service
Very good hotel. There are 2 buildings. We have stayed at the 3rd floor at the new building so the room was nice with a very good view of the city. Breakfast at the terrace was very good. One of the members in the group forgot his wallet. The staff sent a message to notify us and kept the wallet in a closed envelop until we returned to get it. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we ordered a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The cost was €70, whereas 1/3rd would have been the maximum fair price. Furthermore, things while dining there there were items higher on the bill than on the menu. That only happened after we decided to pay in cash....

End of season team tour
The hotel staff were excellent and aptly handled our sports team. Thank you so much to the owner who provided a BBQ for us, excellent food! Pool side and veranda areas were enjoyable. I plan to bring the family next time. Transportation to and from the airport and city was good. Beautiful city and great people.

It was a nice place to stay ! Nice view from balcony! A little walk to the city is the only minus but it worth reaching and staying there! Pool was not utilized by the people who stays may be it is at the entrance of the hotel!

This is a nice 3-star hotel, an average-class room, nothing special. A light and tasty breakfast. The hotel is in a very high location in Tbilisi and therefore it is recommended to arrive at the hotel only by taxi or by car because walking to there is very difficult.

Lovely place to stay in Tibilisi
Breakfast buffet was outstanding, staff were helpful and friendly. The location was a bit far from some tourist parts of town, but the comfort and quality of the stay more than made up for the extra steps. Airport transfers and taxi's to the train station arranged by Betsy's were reliable and stress free, though more expensive than making the arrangements on our own.

Nice place to stay in Tibilisi!
Great breakfast buffet and egg station where eggs and omelettes were made to order; Betsy’s also arranged a meet and greet driver at the airport (60 gel) which was greatly appreciated. Rooms were comfortable, food was good, a small pool and well equipped fitness room (we didn’t use either). Location was good, quiet - though an uphill return home if you are walking back from Liberty Square.

This website stated a double and a sofa bed in the double room. Turns out this is not the case and i was met with complete indifference when I tried to explain this to the staff.

Charming hotel in the heart of Tbilisi
Everythng was fine. The decor is pleasant, the staff helpful and speak English. I had a lovely stay. I was here for work and he room was well equiped.

Good business hotel at a good price
Stayed 5 days, in Tbilisi for work. Large room with a good desk. Good breakfast. Friendly, competent staff. Remarkably large complex with coffee shop, bar, restaurant, conference rooms. Excellent views of the city from high on the hill below the TV antenna.

Nice hotel with city and mountain view
Stayed for a day only. Our room is so beautiful and big. My only problem is coming to the main city, we had the problems with the taxi regarding the location and the signage of hotel is so small.

Charming, nice view
Betsy's is a charming place. While it's not a super luxury hotel, I've always found it clean, pleasant and comfortable. The staff are always wonderful and go out of their way to be helpful. While the location (at the top of a hill) does make for a steep walk back, and Georgian roads/sidewalks aren't always easy to navigate at night, the beautiful view more than makes up for any little inconvenience.

Nice, quiet hotel.
Nice, quiet, clean hotel. Didn't get to use the pool because of the weather and didn't get to have a breakfast because we left early to catch the flight to NY, but definitely will come back and definitely recommend it to everyone. Good customer service.

Can't recommend this hotel enough!
Warm and comfortable hotel, very helpful staff who arranged for a trip with car and guide within hours! I booked late and got a low room, without a view, so book early! They fill up quickly. Breakfast was great, but there was no coffee/tea machine in the room (they let me bring my coffee and tea back to the room after breakfast and dinner).

Nice hotel, good location
Nice hotel located not far from the city center. The one thing you have to keep in your mind all the time being there (but not just in this hotel) everybody is smoking everywhere and there is no any possibility to avoid it asking for a non-smoking area in a restaurant. We lived in a room with shared balcony with the other guest and during all nights he smoked several times making our life crazy( The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with "city view" but our view was on the other side with TV-tower located on a mountain, not on the city like we expected. The hotel celebrates 20th anniversary and I suppose during this age they never made a serious renovation.

Normally I would rate Betsy's the highest and I've stayed there many times but this time my stay was poor. It was very noisy and staff seemed somewhat unhappy. Do not stay in room 601 or 602. There was noise until 1:30 am from guests and staff were cleaning up and making a lot of noise each night. The noise goes directly to the room. The fitness room is directly across and it is a nice facility but very noisy with kids using the room past the 10:00 PM closing time. Upper rooms have a great view and are more peaceful.

Everything was great!
Betsy's was a lovely respite from the city, perched high on a hill with a beautiful view. The room was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations (we had a suite on the third floor). The staff was tremendously helpful and polite - Tatia especially helped make our stay wonderful by assisting us in various ways. The food at the restaurant and cafe were great too. Don't miss the 50% off happy hour in Friday night! Stay at Betsy's!

Great boutique hotel with fantastic views
Love this place, second stay here. Complimentary fresh cooked to order breakfast, hotel staff warm, friendly and accommodating. Service a bit uneven. For example, I asked to have the mini bar replenished, and the next day someone came by and was shocked that no one did it.
