Adequate, clean and comfortable.

An adequate hotel for a business stay. Taxi or car required. Didn't try the dinner but the breakfast buffet was good...although very expensive.

We are very pleased that you liked the modern “clean and comfortable” rooms, as well as the outstanding culinary treats consisting of regional and seasonal products at the breakfast buffet. The location of the Mövenpick Hotel Münster is in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere surrounded by nature, but also the proximity to the city centre is a big advantage and can be reached by comfortably by walking. Otherwise you have the opportunity to rent a bike (what is very characteristic for Muenster) at the Mövenpick Hotel Münster. Wonderful tranquil setting near Munster

Lovely setting at the end of a relaxing walk from the city centre along the lake. The room was terrific with everything we could eat. The restaurant was exceptional for all meals. The staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. Great sauna and massage facility.

Refused to help with medical emergency

Well established hotel with great food. Presently weak on customer service. Had a medical emergency presenting my note from the hospital and they would not change my reservation because I booked hotels.com Asked to speak to whoever could help (we did not want any refund such needed to stay at slightly different dates - nobody willing to help. Management chronically no on site not to be reached. Check out for early flights is done by the security guard who tired to charge us again for a pre-paid room and we almost missed the plane because check out took so long. We stayed at this hotel before attended conferences here used the restaurants - it used to be a great hotel. But not helping travellers in need was very disconcerting.
