“The room was cleaned and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Parking garage that requires a little bit of a walk if the parking lot next to it is full”

“Clean room, very nice staff when we checked in! We really enjoyed the bar in the lobby before the concert then definitely after with Zombie Taco and the bar still open until 1 AM. ”

“Great hotel, great staff. The traffic noise from the street on the outside of the building is tough to ignore at night. Very minor issue: the car charger in the garage is for Tesla only, but I was able to find a charger on the street”

“This hotel is exactly what you are paying for, no frills. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but this is not a high end hotel. If you are looking for a place to lay your head and aren’t picky this is a great spot. Central location to lots of attractions but there are a lot of homeless and you will be in the flight path of the local airport. I am not picky and high maintenance, this is a great little spot and would definitely stay there again.”

“This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe.”

“Self service hotel - everything worked, clean and tidy, nice area with bars, restaurants nearby, cool Restuarant on ground floor, rooms were big and clean. Self check in and out was easy, good value for money. ”

“Staff was very friendly and you could tell some upgrades had been done in the main lobby area. The hallways to the rooms, the carpet looked live water waves that was coming loose. The room wasn’t the most clean but wasn’t horrible for a one night stay on a road trip. Very limited parking, majority of people had to park at a motel next door. Would stay here again but lots of other options close to this ”

“Upon entering, there was a noticeable foul smell. The tables were not clean, and we also found cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Because of that, we ended up going out to buy disinfecting wipes, air freshener, and even a blanket so we felt comfortable enough to sleep. We honestly turned it into a “make it work” kind of night and still had a good time together, but cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement. Wouldn’t choose this location again. ”

“air conditioner was running, mini fridge was dirty, no microwave. the staff were very sweet and helpful and I have nothing bad to say about them. the motel itself was dirty and something about everything had a weird vibe. The door to our room was hard to get into (we weren’t the only ones this happened to), and when the door was fully shut there was cracks and you could see sunlight coming through. the people around were also very sketchy and it was overall the most scariest and worst stay ever……
