Booked a private villa with pool view

Booked a private villa with a private pool with the main pool view. It was excellent. It had an outdoor shower and bathtub. My only complaint is not enough hot water especially for the hot tub. But overall I had an excellent stay. 5/5 would stay again.

Beutiful Villas, nice beach

Beautiful spacious villas with private pool, beautiful beach, great friendly staff, breakfast buffet needs a little improvement. Definitely I would return to the villas again.

All of the staff from the General Manager to the gardner are absolutely fantastic. The hospitality and friendliness would be difficult to beat anywhere in Asia. The whole customer experience is superb. Thank you for a great holiday.

Amazing Resort - Amazing Staff - OKAY Management

Location: right on the beach nearby lots of beach activities.
We had the times of our life at this resort it was beautiful. It was a tropical oasis even inside the resort, a pond, fresh coconut, labels on all trees. The pool was an infinity pool going out to the beach and there was a great bar next to it as well. CONS: Management isn't the greatest, I ran into TWO problems on separate occasions and was given brushed off answers. 1. We booked the beach dinner and we got to only the second course when a bad storm rolled in and we were no longer allowed to dine on the beach. I asked for a discount or partial money back since we paid a total of $300 for something we only got to enjoy for a mere 15 minutes. They insisted they couldn't give us ANY discount and would only comp us 2 cocktails. Do the math, the numbers don't add up. 2. Upon check out our last day we had issues with our bills from the pool and there were specific drinks on there that we did not order and think it was a miscommunication due to couples next to us. Unfortunately, we signed the receipt late at night without knowledge we were being charged incorrectly which is bad on our end. We wanted to find a solution so we asked for the manager, we tried to explain the situation to him, instead he shrugged his shoulders and said I can't do anything. There was no effort to find a solution which is terrible management.

Excellent privacy for a couple's getaway....

The hotel is in a good location, and the suite was nicely designed. However, we had some issues with the suite during the stay, such as very poor WiFi service, missing a flashlight in the room when the power went out, air conditioning had a hard time keeping up, the pool lights were not working on arrival, and the walkway lights to our suite were not working the 1st night, so it was very hard to find our way back to our suite/bungalow.....

A REALLY GREAT RESORT HOTEL

Pros: EVERYTHING ITS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IVE STAYED AT
Cons: NOT A LOT
Location: ITS LOCATED IN A SMALL TOWN WHERE YOU CAN GO TO LOCAL SHOPS, BARS AND RESTAURANTS
WE STAYED IN ONE OF THE BUNGALOWS, REALLY GREAT VALUE CLOSE TO THE SWIMMING POOL AND BEACH , THE GROUNDS ARE MANICURED TO PERFECTION , THE BREAKFAST AND FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD THE STAFF WERE ALL HELPFUL AND AND FRIENDLY ONLY BAD THINGS WERE MOSQUITOES NOT A PROBLEM ONCE YOU HAVE SPRAYED REPELLENT BUT MUST BE DONE ON THE FIRST DAY, UNDERSTANDING THE LOCAL CURRENCY, VERY CONFUSING
