The wait was over 30 minutes so I can only assume they were looking after room service orders as there were no other patrons dining. The chicken in the sandwich was so overcooked and tough it was nearly impossible to bite, the French fries were served tepid and the iceberg lettuce was 2cm thick. Huge price for poor quality."
