We are sorry for your disappointment on not having the traditional continental complimentary breakfast. There are also different other package options available that include Breakfast when you are making the reservations and with this option, you are allowed to choose any menu item of your choice for Breakfast. Dear Sir,Please accept our sincere apologies for your stay experience below your expectations. We have addressed the issue with the carpet wet by the AC unit due to excessive condensation as the New units had to be adjusted a bit to avoid this. On behalf of the restaurant staff, I do apologize if the staff had come across sternly for waiting till our opening time which is 6 am. Our Buffet was not quite ready fully as the chef was just about getting done and there were other guests present at the same time. We have to allow all our guests to start coming in if we do this for 1 guest even if the restaurant was closed with lights turned off and the Buffet was not fully ready. We want to ensure the Buffet lines are complete in set up and the lights are turned on to avoid any safety hazards before we allow our guests to come through. We want our guests to have a great dining experience with us and do apologize for falling short in this. Hello Sir Thank you for bringing this to our attention and reporting to the Front Desk. Please accept our apologies for your stay experience being lower than expectation. As soon as you had reported this on the microwave, we had this switched out the unit. As you had mentioned, we are under a complete Guest room renovation at this time and the items you have brought to our attention with the furniture, door, walls will all be addressed soon when the rooms get brand new furniture/wall papers/carpets and everything is being replaced.
